It appears to be a Harley Fat Boy front end with a V-8 and partial Firebird body.
I kinda like it in a weird way.

I usually see them with VW rear halves.

I believe they should be:
Why? How? Can I drive it?

I’d drive it, but that may say more about me than it

There are a couple I see around here with VW rears and a someone locally has built and sold a few with Fiero rears.

I remember seeing a news report about a guy who was building bicycle driven rickshaws out of the back halves of wrecked Trabants.

It’s basically the driveline and rear half of a RWD supported by a custom frame and a motorcycle front end.
It’s not that uncommon, but I guess it is rare enough that you can’t easily find it in a search.
There was a 1st gen Cougar in my area made into a trike like this, except the guy drove it from the middle of the back seat. I’m starting to wonder if these are made from cars that were previously crashed?

A deathtrap.
It’s not much of a trap, considering egress would be extremely easy (or involuntary) .
I’ d say it ’s more of a deathbucket or death catapult.
